Terms of Service

1.1 Lineaum acts solely as an introductory/booking agent between you (the "Client/Charterer") and independent aircraft operators (each an "Operator").

1.2 Lineaum does not own, operate, maintain, manage or control aircraft and is not a contracting or actual carrier. No carriage agreement is entered into with Lineaum.

1.3 The binding charter (carriage) contract is directly between the Client and the Operator. All flight performance, safety, regulatory compliance and operational obligations rest with the Operator.

1.4 Where applicable under U.S. law, Lineaum operates as a broker (14 CFR Part 295 disclosure): Lineaum is not a direct U.S. air carrier or foreign air carrier in operational control; flights are provided by properly licensed direct carriers.

2.1 The Lineaum website/app and related pages (the "Network") form a brokerage marketplace for charter services. Quotes displayed may aggregate offers from third-party Operators.

2.2 Permitted use. You may use the Network only to submit legitimate requests to book services from Operators via Lineaum.

2.3 Amendments. Lineaum may amend Network terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms.

2.4 Ownership. All materials on the Network (the "Materials") are owned/licensed by Lineaum. You may print limited portions solely to evaluate/book services.

2.5 Access/Suspension. Lineaum may suspend or terminate Network access at any time, with or without notice.

2.6 Capacity & conduct. You confirm legal capacity to contract; no speculative/fraudulent requests; do not act for third parties without authority.

2.7 Network disclaimer. Information on the Network is provided "as is"; availability, accuracy and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.

2.8 Network limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lineaum is not liable for indirect/consequential loss or loss of profit arising from Network use.

3.1 Quotes provided through Lineaum are estimates and subject to final confirmation by Operators.

3.2 Booking confirmation creates a direct contract between you and the Operator, not Lineaum.

3.3 All pricing, terms, cancellation policies, and conditions are set by the individual Operators.

3.4 Payment processing may be facilitated through Lineaum but flight services are provided by Operators.

4.1 Lineaum's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4.2 Lineaum shall not be liable for any flight delays, cancellations, safety issues, or operational matters - these are the sole responsibility of Operators.

4.3 In no event shall Lineaum be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
