Operator Terms & Conditions

1.1 Operators must register and maintain valid certifications, insurance, and regulatory compliance.

1.2 Lineaum reserves the right to verify and audit operator credentials at any time.

1.3 Operators are responsible for maintaining accurate aircraft availability and pricing information.

1.4 Platform access may be suspended or terminated for non-compliance with these terms.

2.1 Safety & Compliance: Operators must maintain all required certifications, licenses, and comply with applicable aviation regulations.

2.2 Insurance: Operators must maintain adequate insurance coverage as required by law and industry standards.

2.3 Aircraft Condition: All aircraft must be airworthy and maintained according to manufacturer and regulatory requirements.

2.4 Customer Service: Operators are responsible for all aspects of flight operations and customer service during flights.

3.1 Operators agree to honor confirmed bookings made through the Lineaum platform.

3.2 Commission rates and payment terms are agreed upon separately and may vary by operator.

3.3 Operators must provide accurate availability and respond to booking requests promptly.

3.4 Any changes or cancellations must be communicated immediately to Lineaum and affected clients.

4.1 Operators must maintain high standards of service consistent with luxury aviation expectations.

4.2 Regular performance monitoring and client feedback reviews may be conducted.

4.3 Persistent quality issues may result in platform removal.

5.1 Operators must comply with applicable data protection laws when handling client information.

5.2 Client data shared through the platform must be used solely for flight operations.

5.3 Operators may not use client information for direct marketing without explicit consent.

7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.

7.2 Lineaum may terminate immediately for safety violations or regulatory non-compliance.

7.3 Existing bookings must be honored following termination.
